Seth H. Fritcher, M.D.

Vascular Surgeon and Endovascular Specialist

Dr. Fritcher has been serving the South Texas region with his vascular expertise since he joined PVA in 2006.  With a special interest in minimally invasive endovascular procedures and carotid disease, Dr. Fritcher is trained to treat all vascular conditions including leg circulation problems, aneurysms, deep vein thrombosis, varicose veins problems and dialysis access.  He has extensive experience in endovascular procedures, hybrid surgical techniques and open surgery.

A native Texan, Dr. Fritcher enjoys outdoor activities such as distance running, mountain biking, and hunting.  He is also an avid reader who enjoys military history.
